Lionside, a developer of social sports games, has raised $1.6 million in a first round of funding,according to a filing with the SEC.
Founded in 2009, the San Francisco-based startup launched its first Facebook game, called Lionside Football,in September. The game allows soccer fans to compete on behalf of their favorite team.
