Everyone is aware that Facebook is huge. Many know they check Facebook way too often and might believe that they are odd. Thanks to recent data, we can confirm that you’re not crazy. With 48% of adults under 35 checking their Facebook as soon as they wake up (and 28% checking from their phones before getting out of bed) it is clear that our society has an obsession with Facebook. Whether it’s healthy or not is something that we won’t discuss here (even though we do have an opinion on it). Sometimes, it’s better to help people understand that they have a problem before trying to treat the ailment.
